Clear terms for quotes, builds, and software work.

Last updated: 30 June 2026. A signed proposal or contract will control if it conflicts with these general terms.

Quotes and prices

Starting prices are indicative and not final offers. Final price depends on scope, pages, copy, integrations, content, revisions, hosting, legal requirements, automations, and delivery timeline.

Online payments and deposits

Payment links, deposits, retainers, and monthly plans are used to reserve time or start an agreed package. A deposit is applied to the agreed project price unless a written proposal says otherwise.

Scope and changes

Work begins after written scope approval and agreed payment terms. New features, extra revisions, missing content, urgent delivery, or third-party issues may require a revised quote.

Support and maintenance

Unless agreed otherwise, website builds include up to 1 hour/month of small fixes or guidance for the first 3 months after launch. Ongoing care plans cover reasonable small changes within the stated monthly time allowance and do not include new builds, redesigns, emergency recovery, third-party fees, or major feature work.

Consumer rights

Most services are custom business services. If mandatory consumer cancellation or withdrawal rights apply in your country, they are respected. Custom digital work may begin only after clear approval, and cancellation rights may be limited once work has started or digital deliverables are supplied, where allowed by law.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate content, access, brand assets, legal text, product data, licenses, approvals, and timely feedback.

Third-party platforms

WordPress, WooCommerce, payment providers, hosting, APIs, plugins, analytics, ad platforms, and other third-party services are subject to their own terms and availability.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise, final deliverables are transferred after full payment. Pre-existing tools, reusable code, frameworks, know-how, and internal processes remain the creator's property unless explicitly assigned.

No guaranteed outcomes

No rankings, revenue, profit, ad performance, trading outcomes, funding results, uptime, or conversion rates are guaranteed. Software can improve execution, but business results depend on many factors outside the developer's control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, lost-profit, lost-data, or third-party platform losses are excluded where legally allowed.
